
I saw this at the store the other day and decided to give it a shot. I cooked it and it was delicious. It was super easy to prepare and had just the right amount of sweet and heat. If you would like more heat, I would suggest adding a touch of cayenne peeper to the sauce. I served this with broccoli and basmati rice to give it that authentic Asian touch.
Ingredients: 1 pckg. FRENCH'S® Crunch Time Entrée® General Tso's
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions: COAT IT. Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix flour with Crunchy Coating. Dip chicken in egg, then coat with Crunchy Coating.
BAKE IT. Arrange chicken on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
TOP IT. Drizzle General Tso's Sauce evenly over chicken. Serve and enjoy!
