"David vs. Goliath"

I can hear the drums in the distance as I strap on my armor and prepare for the battle ahead. I march forward as Goliath stands tall in front of me. He smiles a sinister grin as he bellows, "Back again, little David." I nod my head as I stare deep into his great big eyes...the numbers on the scale staring back at me. If you haven't figured it out yet I'm not referring to a physical battle, but more of a mental one. We all have Goliaths that we face in our life. My own personal Goliath has been my journey to get healthy. Just like David had 3 stones, God has given me my own three weapons.....Will Power, Dedication, and Determination. If you are staring up into the face of your own Goliath, know you are not alone in your fight. Keep up the good fight of Faith. Don't back down.
