Let's Make Some Gloop!

Attention Space Cadets!!! Have you heard about Galaxy Slimy Gloop? I know making gloop, or slime as some people call it, is all the rage right now. My son has been begging me to make it with him and I am SOOOOO glad we did!!!

The kit comes with everything you need including INSTRUCTIONS. Heed my warning....make sure you FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS if you want it to work right. My second piece of advice is if you want the color darker use the colored dye liberally. Ours came out a little pink at first until we added more. My third tip is to make sure your kiddos wash their hands after playing with it because the color does come off on their hands when playing with it the first couple of times. Fourth and final tip if you want it to last make sure you seal it in an airtight container. We used a Ziploc bag and it has kept it in perfect condition. My son has literally asked to play with it EVERY DAY after school. By the way, did I mention you get to add glitter? I mean come on who doesn't love glitter?!?! This girl here does! Ha ha. Before I end this post make sure you look at the finished product picture in the Ziploc bag. The color was so pretty when we combined the two colors of gloop.

Have a blessed Monday and remember......keep making memories!

Nanoblocks

Finished another nanoblock project. I love my little grey wolf.
Just finished putting this together for the Hubby since he loves pizza. Going to put it on a shelf in his office. I thought it was going to be easy, but it was surprisingly one of the more difficult kits I have put together. Since B and I have gotten into doing Lego kits I have discovered I really enjoy it. It really seems to relax me when I am feeling anxious or stressed.

Fun with Lego Juniors Lego City Police Helicopter Chase Kit

11/12/2018

The kiddo and I had so much fun putting together the Lego Juniors Lego City Police Helicopter Chase kit. Putting Lego sets together has become one of our favorite things we do together for Make Something Monday. I love it as much as he does!  This kit was fairly easy to put together and didn't take very long to do. I can't wait to put together our next one!
We LOVE the "Boomerang" App so of course we had to make the helicopter "fly" with it!
I found a new app called "Stop Motion Studio" so we obviously had to make a SHORT stop motion film. Lol. Although one day I would LOVE to work with my beloved LAIKA that I'm always talking about don't judge me by this video, ha ha. I was just playing around with the app as it was my first time using it.

Back after a long hiatus

I had stepped away from the website for a while to focus on my emotional needs....to grieve over what could have been with my relationship with my Dad who passed last January. I feel like I have finally come to terms with all of that now although I do cry like an idiot on occasion about it. I don't like crying in front of people. Although I have been extremely emotional lately. I also needed to process the fact that I had moved a billion miles away from my family and friends ( Georgia to Montana). Video chat is amazing, just saying. Lol. I had to adjust to fact that I moved to the place where the snow seriously never seems to go away. I love snow globes, but I didn't think I would be living in one. Ha ha. I seriously love your beauty Montana, (BEST SUMMER EVER), but the snow and I are frenemies now. I will keep some other personal relationship stuff out of it, but just know there were some adjustments there. Then my publisher had to ,unfortunately, close their doors in January of this year and I decided to step out as a self-published author. That's another post on those emotions in itself. Check out my heart thought this week. Wink wink. Anyway, after  A LOT of prayer and spending some time with my Jesus I felt God calling me back to the website.  When I did decide to make the come back I talked to my crew that originally helped me on here and due to the fact that life happens I will be the only one running it now. The idea of this totally scared me at first, but I know through Christ I can do anything. Phil. 4:13 says so. And just so you know we still have each other backs. They are there for me when I need them as I am there for them. I know this post is not as "motivational" as it normally would be, but I just felt like I needed to update you lovely readers. Thank you for your patience as I continue to remodel, so to speak, the website as I feel is necessary. If you know anyone interested in being featured on here just let me know. Finally, If you are going through dark times or working on your own emotional needs just remember it's darkest before the light. I know it can sometimes be hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but trust me it's there. Never be ashamed to reach and ask for help if you need it. I had to recently so know I am always here to lend an ear.

                                   I love you all!
                              -Michelle Bradshaw

Being a BIG Gilmore Girls fan I had to share with you the clip where Lorelai breaks up with the snow. Lol. It is totally how I feel now. Ha ha.

And to remind you God's got whatever you are going through and to help you get your praise on here is "Way Maker" sung by The Pentecostals of Alexandria. Pastor Kim, Real Talk Kim, has me hooked on this song now.

A Letter to the Single Ladies on Valentine's Day

11/12/2018

Dear Single Girl,

I know sometimes Valentine’s Day can be a hard day of the year for you. It can seem like an explosion of reminders of other people’s relationship happiness. Believe me, I know. I’m here to remind you that THERE ARE BETTER DAYS COMING so keep the hope. Let me also express to you how much I believe that YOU ARE ENOUGH and you are NOT defined by whether or not you have the title of girlfriend/fiance/wife. Continue to FOCUS on yourself and PREPARE yourself for the future. Find something you love and pursue it. Work on becoming the kind of person you want to be. I myself have been doing that, so you are not alone in this. Remember that whether or not you are “loved” by another human being, you are LOVED/WANTED/CHOSEN by God. You have a purpose. If you would ever like a friend to talk, know this single gal is here.

Before I end this…..let me say this to all of you lovely ladies in a relationship…. please remember to cherish the person you are with and never let a day go by that you, not only tell them you love them, but show them. Talk is cheap.Actions speak louder than WORDS.

I challenge you to go out this week and, if you see someone looking a little lonelier than usual, give them a smile. You don’t know how much that might mean to them.

                                           Happy Valentine’s Day!!!
                                                    I love you all!!!
