Today I did pretty good with water, but will work on drinking more. It's all I drink anyway. Lol. I was under my carbs, fat grams, and calories and my protein numbers were good. Today was the max reps fitness challenge.
I did:
Modified pushups (on my knees): 25
Situps: 16
Squats: 32
Burpees: 3
And
10 minute accelerator
This is no where near what I used to be able to do when I was younger and might not be impressive to some, but I'm proud of it because it's a step in the right direction and way better than I expected since I hadn't worked out in a while. I need some new workout gear though so I can move more freely and stay a bit cooler. I was very proud that my kiddo joined in with everything I did today. He wanted to eat healthy like Mom and workout with me. I have always said the best way to get a kid moving in a healthy direction is to lead by example. That's what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to be more bold and put myself out there more and working on walking into my promised land. Anyone is welcome to join me in this weight loss journey. Remember Phil. 4:13 says "I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me!" All means all! Burpees might have won the battle tonight, but this is a marathon not a Sprint and I WILL dominate them one day. I hope you have a blessed motivation Monday. I love you all!
