Okay, now down to business....

Brylee we will start with you.

Candie and Michelle
: Besides Ethan, how did it feel to know the friends you had in California weren’t really your friends at all?

Brylee: Of course it hurt. I was in shock at first because we all hung out together frequently. I guess you live and learn.

Candie and Michelle: Yes you do.  Since you have openly stated that you used to be a bully what advice would you give to those who continue to bully people who are different from them?

Brylee: I can tell you that it felt good to 'join in' with the others when they'd make fun of someone. But that feeling didn't last long. At night when I was alone, I had to answer to myself for my actions. So if you think what your doing isn't going to affect you, you're lying to yourself. Someday you'll have to answer for what you're doing.

Candie and Michelle: Good advice.  On the other hand you have also experienced being bullied so what advice would you give to someone who is going through that?

Brylee: It will end. I promise you. But in the mean time, don't let them know it bothers you. I tried to give them a snarky remark instead of letting them know that they hurt my feelings. Or I just pretended not to care. Usually it's the reaction that they want; they love to embarrass you.

Candie and Michelle: So true. We know Ethan taught you how to draw Anime. Do you still do that from time to time? Do you have a favorite one to draw?

Brylee: He did. I'll never forget that. I loved to draw Anime then because it was something we did together. I gave that up when he died.

Candie and Michelle: Awww. How did it make you feel to know that your Mom didn’t believe you in the beginning about the ghosts in your house?

Brylee:  Well to put it plainly, it sucked. Sometimes my mom has a hard time accepting the truth. I knew she had to see it to believe it.

Candie and Michelle: I think most people would be that way. What was going through your mind on the ride to school the next day after Ephraim walked in on you in the bathroom?

Brylee: Ugh. That was the most embarrassing thing that had ever happened to me. On the ride to school I was too caught up on how hot he was to care about that. But thanks for bringing it up.

Candie and Michelle:Lol. Do you feel like becoming the Art Teacher’s Aide increased your passion for art and your ability to do it?

Brylee: I guess. I was just so busy dealing with my house and the curse that my art and love for it, took a back seat.

Candie and Michelle: You did have a lot to deal with. Did you ever want to seek revenge against the Mayhew boys for always flirting with you?

Brylee: Sure. I'd love to do some things to get back at John specifically. But those guys aren't going far with their lives, trust me. Karma can be a bitch.

Candie and Michelle: I totally agree! What was the most absurd story you ever heard about the brown house?

Brylee: Hmm. Probably that the house held the door to Hell. Yeah, that's stupid.

Candie and Michelle: ROFL over here. *Gains composure before asking next question.* We know of all the warnings you got about the Mayhews and their troubled past. What made you see Ephraim differently?

Brylee: I wasn't exactly perfect myself, so I realized if someone could give me a chance, I could do the same. He had kind eyes, so that helped too. He just radiated goodness.

Candie and Michelle: He always seemed like a nice guy. :) Did you ever feel like you were cheating on Ethan with Ephraim?

Brylee: At times. I tried not to think about it.

Candie and Michelle: Were you bummed or happy that the cops showed up while you and Ethan were on the beach?

Brylee: Extremely bummed at the time. Looking back at it now, I realized that I didn't want to have my first time on the beach in public.

Candie and Michelle: I guess the heat of the moment can do that to you.

Now on to you Lynley....

Candie and Michelle: Did you regret breaking up with Miles?

Lynley: I suppose all things happen for a reason. I spared his feelings much more by breaking up with him.

Candie and Michelle: Did you get tired of Brylee and Ephraim always babying you?

Lynley: Not so much Brylee. She means well and honestly wants me to be the best version of me. Ephraim has babied me since birth. He drives me crazy sometimes.

Candie and Michelle: I think brothers are hardwired to do that. Lol. How did it feel that Brylee didn’t judge you and wanted to be your friend?

Lynley: Brylee is a wonderful friend and I was so happy to have found her.

Candie and Michelle: We agree she is just as lucky to have found you too.

Ephraim on to you....

Candie and Michelle: We know that you made an origami swan for Brylee. Can you make anything else? Where did you learn to do that?

Ephraim: *laughs* I can make ducks, but they look like swans. Does that count? We had a foreign exchange student in Junior High who taught me.

Candie and Michelle:  :) Do you still like to go hunting?

Ephraim: Absolutely. I look forward to hunting season all year. I am still hoping for that elusive nine pointer. He's out there, somewhere.

Candie and Michelle: Uh oh. Watch out Bambi. Ha ha. What was going through your mind when Brylee revealed to you all that was going on with her?

Ephraim: Shock. Fear. Memories of my father. Pretty much any emotion you could think of when being told the same thing. The only thing I didn't feel was that she was lying. I believed her.

Candie and Michelle: I'm glad you did so that she had you with her while she was going through it all. Do you still like taking pictures of toes?

Ephraim: Just Brylee's. I think she'd take my camera and beat it to death if I took pictures of anyone else's feet.

Candie and Michelle: He he he.  Did you enjoy the “wilkes” concert? What was your favorite song?

Ephraim: Wilkes was amazing. We hope to see them again, soon. I love concerts, but only if Bry is there with me.

Candie and Michelle: Did you ever feel close to your Mom?

Ephraim: Sure, I guess. She wasn't always awful, ya know? She had her moments. But my dad, he was the best. We would go hunting and fishing together and there was never a doubt about who he was.

Candie and Michelle: It's sad that your Mom wasn't there, but I'm glad you had your Dad as long as you did. How did it feel when your Mom blamed you for Lynley?

Ephraim: Like my whole life was a lie.

Candie and Michelle: :(

Kayla you're up.....

Candie and Michelle: Do you have fun scaring Brylee?

Kayla:  Let's be honest, I have fun scaring everyone. I'd even like to scare you right now.

Candie and Michelle:  Lol. It is fun scaring people sometimes. How did it feel knowing Rich still loved you?

Kayla: This is a really personal question. I don't know if I signed off on those.

Candie and Michelle: Okay. Moving on then. Lol.

SPOILER QUESTIONS

If you have not read the books and don't want to know any secrets than stop reading here.

Hey I mean it.....

Don't go any further if you haven't read them....

Well, I warned you.....

Brylee these questions are for you.

Candie and Michelle: I know you talked to Ethan after the accident. Before hearing from him how did you feel about sending the “there is too much distance” type text to him before he died?

Brylee: It was obviously extremely hard to do. But I knew it was the best choice I had. There was too much distance.

Candie and Michelle: Distance relationships are tough. Explain how you felt when you realized Kayla was actually dead?

Brylee: Shocked. I mean, she was so alive.

Candie and Michelle: I was shocked to find out too. How did it make you feel to be called “a visitor” in your own house?

Brylee: I didn't like it. It was not their house. But mostly, it scared the crap out of me.

Candie and Michelle: You were braver than most people would have been. We know Pearl was the first ghost you ever talked to. What was going through your mind at that time?

Brylee: I had dealt with some activity already in the house but seeing her was scary as heck. She was so real and so not real. Does that make sense?

Candie and Michelle:   Yes it does. How did you feel about the ghost always showing up when you were taking a bath or getting dressed?

Brylee: Ugh. Totally annoying. I didn't have any privacy. God knows what else she saw me do. Perve.

Candie and Michelle: *Giggles* Did you ever help Angie Harris cross over?

Brylee: I don't know. There may be more books so I don't want to spoil anything.

Candie and Michelle: Eeeekkk!!! I hope so. Did you ever take the job as forensic artist?

Brylee: I can't exactly say, because there might be another book. BUT, what I can say is, I love my job.

Candie and Michelle: After you found the key in the rubble what did you do with it?

Brylee:  I hid it away somewhere safe. Only me and Ephraim know where it is.

Candie and Michelle: That's good. I hope no one finds it.

Ephraim your turn.....

Candie and Michelle: Would you open the door all over again knowing that you would be cursing you and your family?

Ephraim: Part of me--my curiosity side--wants to know what happened after the door slammed shut. But I would never take the chance.

Candie and Michelle:  I knew you would say that. At any point in time did you blame Brylee for cursing your family?

Ephraim: What? No way. It was not her fault.

Candie and Michelle: How did it feel to see your first ghost?

Ephraim: It's terrifying. At first you don't believe your eyes.

Candie and Michelle: I can imagine. Were you scared when you thought you didn’t have a future with Brylee due to the curse?

Ephraim: There is no future without her in it.

Candie and Michelle:  Awww. Best boyfriend ever. Wish you had a clone. Lol. Did you finally get Brylee to marry you? If so how was the wedding?

Ephraim: Hmm. Can't answer this. Christy told me to say, 'No comment.'

Candie and Michelle:  Poo. I understand. :) Does it make you mad knowing that John was hiding in the bushes not even coming to your rescue?

Ephraim: He's always been a wimp. I don't expect him to ever show his face to me again.

Candie and Michelle: It's sad when family turns their back on you. :(

Lynley you're next....

Candie and Michelle:  At any point in time did you blame Brylee for cursing your family?

Lynley: Never. Brylee is my best friend.

Candie and Michelle: What a true friend. Do you think your Mom ever really loved your Dad or do you think it was a cover?

Lynley: She's an evil woman. She is not my Mom.

Candie and Michelle: How did it feel knowing your Mom only wanted you alive to possess your body?

Lynley: I don't know. I don't have a mother.

Candie and Michelle: Do you feel like your Mom really ever loved you?

Lynley: *sarcastically* What mother? I was abandoned.

Candie and Michelle: What made you so brave in the end?

Lynley: Knowing that my brother wouldn't be alone. If he was, I don't think I could do it.

Candie and Michelle: :( Awww

Last but not least....Kayla....

Candie and Michelle: We know you did your homework, so to speak, when you were learning about the Barclay sisters. Did you discover that they had caused any other terrible things to happen in the course of history besides the brown house curse?

Kayla: Those sisters caused nothing but havoc and destruction across the entire US. They were to blame for many unsolved murders. Honestly, I think that they took many forms and killed a lot of people.

Candie and Michelle: They got what they deserved. How did it feel when you went back to your old house and saw that your Mom was gone?

Kayla: Meh. I don't care. She moved on with her life; good for her.

Candie and Michelle:  :) Did you know that Evangeeline was planning to possess your body before you went missing?

Kayla: She's disgusting. I wouldn't put it past her. Sicko.

Candie and Michelle: How do you feel your life would have turned out if  you hadn’t of died?

Kayla: I'd be married with three kids. Joking! I think I would have tried the college route, maybe. Or actually cared about school. A lot of things would have been different. But fate handed me this card and look how well I did. I saved Brylee's ass didn't I?

Candie and Michelle: I think you’ve done well in your situation. :)

Well, I guess that about wraps it up for now. We will have to have y'all back again. Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy schedules to chat with us. Until next time.....

It is a pleasure to have you all with us. Let's start with a little introduction. Say hi to Avery, Ianni, Landon, Dallas, and Lillith.

Lillith

Okay, now down to business....

Ianni we will start with you.

Candie and Michelle: When Lillith tried to interfere in Avery's life did you ever want to confront her?

Ianni: I did, but I was still very much a Heavenly being. It was Avery’s job to confront Lillith. Besides causing trouble is what Lilith does best.

Candie and Michelle: I can see how you saw it that way. Yea, we wouldn't want Lillith to be any other way.  Did you feel your sentence from the council was justified?

Ianni: It took me several human months to overcome the sentence. You have to remember that I did want to fall, but I wish it could have been done differently.

Candie and Michelle: Candie and I commend you on handling it with such grace and dignity. Do you feel at home being human now or are you still adjusting?

Ianni: I’ve had many months to adjust. Earth is my home now. I enjoy it and I’m glad I made the decision to fall. Besides, someone here has helped make this a home for me.

Candie and Michelle: Yes, we can see that person has. We both are so happy for you. Do you ever miss being a spirit guide?

Ianni: I do miss it. I miss being able to help people. I find as a human, less people want my help, but I still try.

Candie and Michelle: You have such a compassionate heart. Is Lillith still your spirit guide and how are you two getting along?

Ianni: Yes. We get along as well as we can. She’s still a pain in the butt. She still drives me nuts but I’m thankful for her.

Candie and Michelle: That's our Lillith. How are things with you and your boyfriend? Any exciting changes?

Ianni: Things couldn’t be better. He makes falling from heaven worthwhile. I’d do it again over and over just to be with him.

Candie and Michelle: (I giggle and smile.) How sweet. What do you do now in the workforce? Do you still work at the restaurant?

Ianni: I do still work at the restaurant but more behind the scenes. I help with the advertising aspect. People tend to want to buy advertising from me, I don’t know why though. Avery says it’s because of my looks but I don’t understand that.

Candie and Michelle: You are beautiful inside and out Ianni. Where did you find the courage to stand up to the dark guides?

Ianni: All Angels are given the power to fight. We are soldiers of Heaven, after all.

Candie and Michelle: Yes you are. The seconds before you saved Avery from the dark guides what was going through you mind? Did you have any second thoughts about helping out?

Ianni: In the seconds before, I believe I did feel fear, but once I saw her I pulled myself together. I knew it was the right thing to do. She was my friend and I was going to save her no matter what. No second thoughts; no doubts.

Candie and Michelle: You are the definition of a true friend Ianni. How is Dallas' restaurant Evolve doing?

 Ianni: It’s evolving beautifully. (laughs)

(We all laugh before continuing. I clear my throat.)
Now on to
you Avery....

Candie and Michelle: How does life in Washington compare to your life in California?

Avery: I can honestly say I’m happier here. The air quality alone is better. I do enjoy the view as well.

Candie and Michelle: It is definitely on my bucket list to visit there. We will have to hang out. You can show me around. Do you still miss and think about your friend Lucy?

Avery: I think about her a lot actually but I know I will see her again.

Candie and Michelle: So true. How is your relationship with Ianni and how do you feel it has changed over the years?

Ianni: We’ve really grown as friends. She went from being my guide to my best friend and I wouldn’t change that for anything.

Candie and Michelle: A good best friend is worth more than gold. So glad y'all have each other. Is Amanda still your spirit guide and does she still visit you in your dreams?

Avery: She is my guide still but no I don’t see her much anymore. I suppose I don’t need to see her to know she’s there.

Candie and Michelle: Agreed. Are you still in contact with John?

Avery:   John is another Angel I wish I could see but don’t. Like Amanda I know he’s there.

Candie and Michelle: I understand. How is Aunt Paulina?

Avery: She’s still traveling. I think this month she’s in Dubai. My refrigerator is covered with post cards from her. She’s happy seeing the world and I see her during the holidays.

Candie and Michelle: Ask her to send me a postcard. (I laugh) But really I am glad she is happy. How are things with Kerri and her husband? Do you still keep in touch?

Avery: We talk often. The miles between us aren’t too bad. I still visit her as often as I can. Kerri is one of those people who I couldn’t let go of in my life; I need her.

Candie and Michelle: I can totally relate to that. How is Natasha?

Avery: Oh she’s growing up so fast! I can’t believe it. I just love that little girl.

Candie and Michelle: I can imagine she is. Next time you will have to bring pictures of her. How is your dad and your relationship grown with him?

Avery: My dad and I are closer than ever before. He’s dating now. This makes me very happy. From what I hear, she’s a wonderful woman. I can’t wait to meet her.

Candie and Michelle: That is great! You will have to give me details later. We know that you haven't always felt that attractive? Do you still feel that way?

Avery: No way!  My man helps me feel beautiful. It took me a long time to feel this way about myself but I finally feel beautiful.

Candie and Michelle: You go Girl! I'm glad you do. Have you had any more dark guide scares?

Avery: I know they’re out there but I don’t see them. Thankfully.

Candie and Michelle: That's good. Things got a bit scary for a minute for you. Do you still have visions of your past lives?

Avery: For some reason, those are gone. I think because I am happy in my life perhaps. I’ll never forget them though

Candie and Michelle: I know you won't. Do you still occasionally receive a bouquet of yellow roses?

Avery: Every single anniversary and sometimes just because. Some things never change, no matter the lifetime.

Candie and Michelle: Tee hee hee. Awww, that is so sweet. Do you ever see any of your children from you past lives?

Avery: No. I would fear that not all of them are as happy as that little girl I did see once.

Candie and Michelle: I can understand that. Now to get down to the nitty gritty. Here are the questions we readers just HAD to know.

          SPOILER ALERT

If you have not read the books and don't want to know any secrets than stop reading here.

Hey I mean it.....

Don't go any further if you haven't read them....

Well, I warned you.....

These questions are for you Avery.

Candie and Michelle: Do you ever feel cheated that you didn't have the same talent that your mom possessed? Do you feel like it would have helped in certain situations?

Avery:  My mom was special and there is no doubt about that. I don’t feel cheated. I feel like I have my own talents. No one can be the same.

Candie and Michelle: I agree with that. How did if feel seeing your mom's ghost?

Avery: Leaving her was the hardest thing I’ve ever done but seeing her  made me so very happy. I wish we had more time together.

Candie and Michelle: I know you do. How did it feel when you found out the same man had sought you out in every life? Did it feel romantic, creepy, or both?

Avery:  In the beginning there was no doubt about it being creepy. I did claim him to be a stalker. Once I found out why, it didn’t feel that way.

Candie and Michelle: I understand. Before you saw Ianni for the first time did you believe in angels?

Avery: There was always a belief but seeing her in my room was shocking.

Candie and Michelle: I can imagine it was. Before all this happened did you believe in life after death?

Avery: I have to say, I’m not sure. When my mom passed I was so confused about what happened after death.

Candie and Michelle: Yes, the loss of a parent is hard thing to have go through. How did it feel when Landon kissed you the first time and did you want him to?

Avery: It felt amazing. I hate to admit that because I was going on a date with Dallas. I did want him to kiss me. It was all I could think about when I was in his presence.

Candie and Michelle: I can see how Landon has that affect on girls. How did you feel when you found out Landon's memories were shaved?

Avery: I felt broken. It was a very helpless feeling, because here I was the only one with all the memories.

Candie and Michelle: That is a heavy load to carry. You are such a strong woman. What did you think about Landon dating other women?

Avery:  I absolutely hated it. I tried not to care, I truly did, but it didn’t work.

Candie and Michelle: I understand. The heart wants what the heart wants. How did you feel when you discovered Sarafe was hiding right under your nose?

Avery: There are no words for the anger I felt. I also felt pretty foolish.

Candie and Michelle: I bet. Are you happy for Dallas and Ianni? How is their relationship going?

Avery: Dallas and Ianni are made for each other. I wouldn’t have it any other way. They are truly happy. They have two restaurants and still they make their relationship work out

Candie and Michelle: So happy for them. If they decide to get married then we want an invitation. Are you glad that Lillith pried into your life and things ended the way they did?

Avery:  Yes. I mean honestly, if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have found Landon. He wouldn’t have found me.

Candie and Michelle: Thank you Lillith is all I have to say to that. How was your wedding day?

Avery: It was simple yet elegant. We kept it just close friends and family. We got married near the lavender farm by our house. It was perfect weather and everyone had fun. I loved planning it but when your newborn won’t sleep, you sort of skip out on the super sophisticated wedding.

Candie and Michelle: That sounds so pretty. Once again I say we want to see some pictures. How are your kids?

Avery: I’m a proud mother of two sons. I’m happy with the two for now. I think Landon would  love a daughter. I’m not ready just yet. *laughs*

Candie and Michelle: I'm so glad everything worked out for y'all. Maybe Landon will get his wish in the future. How is life as a wife and mother?

Avery: I love being a mom. It’s fun and messy but it’s everything that I hoped it would be. Seeing their little faces at night tucked into their beds makes it all worthwhile. Being a wife is tough at times. We try to spend as much time together as we can but it’s hard. But I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Landon makes me so happy and I know that we were truly made for each other. I know it in my heart and soul.

Candie and Michelle: How sweet.

Well, I guess that about wraps it up for now. We will have to have y'all back again. Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy schedules to chat with us. Until next time.....
